Found these guys through a quick online search, had no clue where to start but needed air conditioning repair fast. So glad I found Cove Appliance Repair based right here in Cathedral City, CA. From the first chat on the phone, it felt right, you know? Friendly voices and they seemed to get my problem straight away. In a world where everyone wants to upsell you, these folks were refreshingly honest. Appreciate that.
The technician who showed up, super early in the day which I liked, was all about getting things done. Didn't waste any time diagnosing the issue with my old Trane unit. Probably could've kept talking about it forever, but he got straight to work. Something about needing a new part, but it didn’t take long for him to sort it all out. And my place cooled down in no time!
Service like this doesn't come around often, and I can't thank them enough for the quick turnaround. Probably saved me from another sweltering weekend.
